Jacob's Kitchen
I’ve helped the business capitalize on the trends and the changing habits of its customers by coming up with a complete development plan. We’ve looked at the users and their needs then we came up with innovative solutions that will boost the company during the pandemic. The solution was made up of multiple changes, including a mobile app with many features, services that will enhance the customer’s experience, and more focus on sustainability.
CLIQ Digital
CLIQ is a complex digital services and marketing company focused on mobile content. The main problem of the business was staying competitive in a world filled with digital content. We changed the focus of the company from digital content to their well-developed mobile payment system, providing a valuable platform for many places in the world with limited access to a banking system.
WeAcceptCrypto
A crypto trading app used for paying at shops, restaurants, or any other merchant. This was the idea two of my colleagues and I had for a crypto startup. We built prototypes, spoke to different Dutch investors, plus merchants all over Amsterdam. This is the story of our failed startup.
Albert Heijn
A university project where we’ve received a challenge from Albert Heijn, the biggest supermarket chain in The Netherlands. We had to innovate the shopping cart, considering the needs and issues that customers have. After researching, talking to customers, and prototyping, I came up with a smart shopping cart designed to reduce the time wasted in a shop. The ideas were presented to and discussed with managers from the company.
DearHealth
DearHealth is an AI-powered platform designed to improve continuous care for people with chronic diseases. The idea was just launched in The Netherlands, and my team had the challenge to convince doctors and hospitals to use the app. We conducted some facilitation sessions with different stakeholders, and we were able to find some innovations that helped the company.
Knowork
Knowork offers an all-in-one co-working space management platform. I led the team that provided the company with a go-to-market strategy when they were just a team of two working in a co-working space in Amsterdam. We analyzed the market, looked at competitors, identified potential customers, and compiled everything in a solid report which we later presented to the company. They were thrilled with the results.
Vandebron
Vandebron is a Dutch energy provider focused on delivering 100% renewable energy to customers all over The Netherlands. My task was to come up with innovative solutions to multiple of their problems, from landing new clients to making the user experience better for them. I came up with many solutions, including new ways of targeting specific user groups and new story-telling techniques to redefine their brand voice.
Fugro
Fugro is a multinational company that specializes in geo-data acquisition and analysis. Our team worked on innovating the business model of this complex company, which was not an easy task. We focused on the railway and electrical grid units of the business and we proposed two different business models that capitalized on the big-data trend. Fugro can start targeting consumers with their products, not only big corporations like they did before.
Vello Bike
More and more people are using e-bikes to commute to work. VelloBike is a foldable e-bike with great success in Western and Central Europe. They wanted to also diffuse to Eastern Europe, and Romania was one of the countries. Our team analyzed this opportunity and devised a complete plan for the company to follow and to be successful in this market. By looking at the Romanian biking industry and the habits of the people, we provided VelloBike with an actionable plan to extend to Romania.
GlobalScreen
A small software development company in The Hague wanted to increase its innovation capability. Having an innovation-focused company culture takes time and you need to plan it well. My team worked with GlobalScreen on a clear plan designed specifically for them on how to implement an innovation-oriented culture.
Scotch & Soda
The Amsterdam-based fashion giant Scotch&Soda just came up with a new idea – smart clothes. Being a disruptive innovation, they needed a thorough analysis of the implementation process, different scenarios, market adoption estimates, and a marketing strategy fit for the new product. I’ve helped the company investigate and prepare for the revolution of the fashion industry.
ProRail & NS
ProRail and NS are the main stakeholders regarding the Dutch trains and stations. Our team had the challenge to look into the travelers’ journey and come up with product-service innovations. We found some issues and proposed new combinations of products and services to enhance the experience of travelers and commuters in The Netherlands.
Oatly
Oatly is the biggest oat drinks company in the world. Their branding is highly elaborate and perfectly positioned towards their target audience. I have worked on understanding their brand strategy, linking it with the business objectives, and finding new ways of creating value through brand-driven innovation.
Gamemania
Gamemania is a Belgian brick-and-mortar store chain specialized in gaming and accessories. Because they started out with traditional stores and didn’t pivot early enough, they needed a new marketing approach to competing with the online platforms. I have developed a complete marketing plan aligned with the situation of the company and its future goals.
Newimob
This real estate company is helping people in and around Deva find the perfect home. I’ve helped the company with a complex website and an online database for properties, together with a custom-built CRM system for keeping all of their clients and sellers organized. The company went through a complete digital transformation with my help and is now growing, profiting from using the right technologies.

A lounge/club in Vancouver, Canada. They needed a new modern website, with booking functionality for ther various tables and services.
